First of all you should create a separate directory for the Enterprise code. Make a new directory like /odoo/enterprise/addons for example. You clone the enterprise code in to this directory and then finally you add multiple paths in the odoo-serv.

Install the web_enterprise module
Restart your server
Enter your Odoo Enterprise Subscription code

Install the enterprise .deb (it should install over the community package)
